Hi! I’m Amy.

I’m a photographer, artist, lover of whimsy, and collector of creative endeavors. (My current obsession is gel plate printing and collaging.) The point is, I’ve always been drawn to color, storytelling, and finding joy in unexpected places.

Because I’ve never been very good at relaxing in the traditional sense (massages and pedicures are basically my personal nightmare), I originally stumbled into painting as a way to quiet my busy brain. What started with acrylic pouring eventually led me to acrylic painting, then watercolors, and finally to alcohol inks—the medium that won me over.

When I’m not behind a camera or covered in ink, I’m probably avoiding laundry while binge-watching murder shows, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Heartstopper, or Bob’s Burgers.

My partner and I live in the lovely, wine-filled city of Woodinville, Washington, where we share our home with three parkour gremlins masquerading as cats: Charlie, Lazlo, and Doug. I love witty banter, good whisky, and traveling whenever possible.

I’m a big believer in magic, fate, and making a mess. While every piece is created with intention, skill, and a healthy dose of artistic experimentation, my favorite part of the process is embracing the happy accidents that happen along the way (thanks, Bob Ross). No two pieces are ever exactly alike, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
